Butter Chicken with Naan Garlic Bread: Full Recipe
Butter Chicken - creamy, spicy and straight up fire! The garlic butter Naan is whole another story. For spice and rich taste lovers!
Our first try of real authentic Butter Chicken was at a small restaurant in Stockholm, owned by an Indian family who came here a long time ago. They fought and struggled to share their passion for their cuisine and show us Europeans what real Indian food is all about!
It was a hot, sunny day when we walked in and just ordered the most popular dish – Butter Chicken. And wow, it was something else! They brought out huge portions of rice, chicken in a creamy sauce, yogurt, and last but not least (my favorite!) Mango Lassi! You dip the garlic naan and scoop up the creamy chicken – at first, it’s velvety and soft, but then comes the kick! But instead of just being spicy, it was a gentle kick, not overpowering at all.
So, are you ready to try it too?
Let’s do it!
