Steak Burrito with Guacamole, Doritos chips and Chili mayo

A delicious steak burrito filled with tender, seasoned steak, creamy guacamole, and a tangy chili mayo for a perfect kick.

INGREDIENTS:

For the Steak:

550g steak (your choice of cut)

Salt (to taste)

Oil for high-heat cooking (avocado oil, peanut oil, grapeseed oil etc)

60g butter

2 sprig of thyme

2 sprig of rosemary

3 garlic cloves (crushed)

For the Chili Mayo:

100g mayonnaise

1 tbsp chipotle paste (for smokiness)

1 tsp chili paste

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp lemon juice
